I'm down 60 pounds, and I haven't given up junk food. I've had like 12 canned Cokes this week, a large bag of Takis, fast food etc. You won't get the same great feeling of being healthy that you ever could from some junk food. Just be smarter about how you eat. And some cardio, like walking, biking, swimming, jogging. I'm it special, the people who made huge life changes aren't special, we aren't lucky outliers.
